Groundwork Specialty Coffee ("เรา") ให้บริการ Wi-Fi แก่ลูกค้าที่ลงทะเบียนผ่านระบบนี้ นโยบายนี้อธิบายวิธีการที่เราเก็บ ใช้ และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน โดยปฏิบัติตาม พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) และ พระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2550

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

• ชื่อ-นามสกุล
• หมายเลขโทรศัพท์มือถือ (ใช้เป็น Username เข้าระบบ Wi-Fi)
• เลขบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน (สำหรับชาวไทย) หรือเลขหนังสือเดินทาง (สำหรับชาวต่างชาติ)
• เลข IP Address ของอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ลงทะเบียน
• วัน-เวลาที่ลงทะเบียนและให้ความยินยอม
• ข้อมูลจราจรทางคอมพิวเตอร์ (Log) ขณะใช้งาน Wi-Fi เช่น MAC Address, Session, ปริมาณการใช้งาน

2. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

• เพื่อให้บริการ Wi-Fi และยืนยันตัวตนผู้ใช้บริการ
• เพื่อปฏิบัติตาม มาตรา 26 แห่ง พ.ร.บ. คอมพิวเตอร์ฯ ซึ่งกำหนดให้ผู้ให้บริการต้องเก็บข้อมูลจราจรทางคอมพิวเตอร์ ไม่น้อยกว่า 90 วัน
• เพื่อระบุตัวผู้ใช้งานในกรณีที่มีการสอบสวนตามกฎหมาย
• เพื่อความปลอดภัยของเครือข่ายและป้องกันการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด

3. ฐานทางกฎหมาย

• ความยินยอม (Consent) — ท่านให้ความยินยอมก่อนลงทะเบียนใช้บริการ
• หน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย (Legal Obligation) — ตาม พ.ร.บ. คอมพิวเตอร์ฯ

4. ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

• ข้อมูลการลงทะเบียน (ชื่อ, เบอร์, ID/Passport): เก็บไม่เกิน 1 ปี นับจากวันลงทะเบียนล่าสุด
• ข้อมูลจราจร (Log): เก็บ 90 วัน ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

เมื่อพ้นระยะเวลา ข้อมูลจะถูกลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้

5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

เราไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านต่อบุคคลภายนอก ยกเว้นกรณีดังนี้:

• ตามคำสั่งศาลหรือพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย
• ผู้ให้บริการระบบลงทะเบียน Wi-Fi (Rednode) ในฐานะผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนเรา ภายใต้สัญญารักษาความลับ

6. สิทธิของท่านในฐานะเจ้าของข้อมูล

ภายใต้ PDPA ท่านมีสิทธิดังนี้:

• ขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูล
• ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง
• ขอลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล (เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต)
• ขอระงับการใช้ข้อมูล
• ขอคัดค้านการประมวลผล
• ขอถอนความยินยอม

การลบหรือถอนความยินยอมอาจทำให้ท่านไม่สามารถใช้บริการ Wi-Fi ต่อได้ และเราอาจยังต้องเก็บข้อมูล Log ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

7. มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย

• เก็บรหัสผ่านในรูปแบบเข้ารหัส (Hashed)
• รับ-ส่งข้อมูลผ่าน HTTPS
• จำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูลเฉพาะผู้ที่จำเป็น

Groundwork Specialty Coffee ("we", "us") provides Wi-Fi service to customers who register through this system. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007) of Thailand.

1. Information We Collect

• First name and last name
• Mobile phone number (used as your Wi-Fi username)
• Thai National ID number (for Thai citizens) or Passport number (for foreigners)
• IP address of the device used for registration
• Date and time of registration and consent
• Network traffic data while using Wi-Fi (MAC address, sessions, traffic volume)

2. Purpose of Processing

• To provide Wi-Fi service and authenticate users
• To comply with Section 26 of the Computer Crime Act, which requires service providers to retain traffic data for at least 90 days
• To identify users in case of legal investigation
• For network security and prevention of misuse

3. Legal Basis

• Consent — you provide consent before registering
• Legal obligation — under the Computer Crime Act

4. Data Retention

• Registration data (name, phone, ID/Passport): retained for up to 1 year from your most recent registration
• Network traffic logs: retained for 90 days as required by law

After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymised.

5. Disclosure

We will not disclose your personal data to third parties, except:

• By order of a court or competent authority
• To our Wi-Fi registration service provider (Rednode), acting as our data processor under a confidentiality agreement

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase or destroy your data (within legal limits)
• Restrict processing
• Object to processing
• Withdraw your consent

Erasing or withdrawing consent may prevent further Wi-Fi use, and we may still retain log data as required by law.

7. Security Measures

• Encrypted password storage (hashed)
• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Access restricted to authorised personnel
